A brand new community with very affordable green homes—this is Central Park in the heart of Southwest Florida. Central Park today stands as the eighth in the gated communities within the 8,500-acre Lakewood Ranch.
Much of the real estate development’s success lies in a partnership with some of the top US home builders in the mold of Neal Communities and Bruce William Homes. They have been part of a master plan to integrate stewardship of the environment in the development of Lakewood Ranch.
Building homes strictly along the green standards of the Green Building Coalition is but one part of this master plan.
