Central to The Oaks Club community life is its stately 34,000-square foot club house teeming with facilities and amenities of world-class standards. Beside these courses, The Oaks also has reciprocal agreements with local golf courses for summer schedules. It also provides members with golf training facilities and lessons conducted by a professional staff under a PGA pro. Additionally, the club has full-service locker rooms for its golfers.
The Residential Community
Residences in The Oaks are divided into three neighborhoods: Oaks Bayside which borders Little Sarasota Bay; Oaks Clubside at the boundaries of the two golf courses; and the Oaks Preserve tucked in a natural estuary.
The Oaks Preserve is a gated neighborhood consisting of four areas within: Bishopscourt comprised of two-story homes and ranch-type villas; Bishopscourt Townhomes consisting of two buildings that are maintenance-free; Emerald woods composed of maintenance free villas; and Meridian, a complex of four ten-story condominiums with a vantage view of Sarasota Bay.
With these diverse types of residences, the Oaks can be truly an attractive proposition to investors and home buyers with varying budgets and residential preferences. A condo unit with 2,055 square feet of floor space can have an asking price approaching the $300 level. At the higher end, an estate home with almost 10,500 square feet of floor area can have a tag price in the $7 million range.
